|Provider of the connector:||

SFTP stands for Secure File Transfer Protocol and as the ‘FTP’ part in its name suggests, it is a method of transferring files between two remote systems. Unlike FTP, though, SFTP is a separate protocol packaged with SSH that works in a similar way over a secure connection.
About SFTP integration connector
This is an open source connector to work with the Lightweight Directory Access Protocol in your integration flows and it was developed specifically to run on elastic.io platform
Because of its role in the integration workflows, the SFTP integration connector only supports the trigger functionality, which means that you can use it to execute a certain event. In the case of this particular connector, you can regularly pull SFTP location of your choice.
Follow the Documentation link above to find what you need to do to set it up.
Like with all other elastic.io connectors that are under the Apache license, you can clone it and enhance it yourself to include more functionalities out of the box. Alternatively, you can contact our pre-sales team at ps[at]elastic.io if you prefer our developers to extend this connector for you.
PLEASE NOTE: You need to be registered on the elastic.io integration platform in order to use the SFTP integration connector. You can sign up for a free 14-day trial here.
