Microsoft SQL Server is a SQL-based relational database management system to use in corporate applications, both on-premises and in the cloud.

It supports a wide variety of transaction processing, business intelligence and analytics applications in corporate IT environments.

About Microsoft SQL Server integration connector

This is an open source connector to work with the Microsoft SQL Server database in your integration flows. It was developed specifically for the elastic.io platform, and it comes with the platform by default.

It supports both triggers and actions, which means you can use it either to execute or to act upon a certain event. For example, you can fetch data from the database, independent of the number of records, or use incoming message data inside your SQL query. You will find more information about available triggers and actions on the connector’s documentation page, following the link above. In addition to that, you’ll find there what you need to do to set it up.

Like with all other elastic.io connectors that are under the Apache license, you can clone it and enhance it yourself to include more functionalities out of the box. Alternatively, you can contact our pre-sales team at ps[at]elastic.io if you prefer our developers to extend the Microsoft SQL Server integration connector for you.
