Jira Cloud – from Atlassian –  is built for every member of your software team to plan, track, and manage their work. It encompasses both software development projects and also ticketing workflows in e.g. Service and Support. Using this connector you can Lookup, Upsert and Delete entries in the Jira Cloud platform and Jira Service Management Cloud.

In order to use it, you need to have a Jira / Atlassian account. You can then upload, download and delete data according to the automation logic you define in elastic.io.

About the Jira Cloud integration connector

The Jira Cloud connector has the trigger ‘Get new and updated objects’, and can therefore be used as the initial connector in an integration flow. The actions include ‘delete object’, ‘upsert object’, ‘lookup object’ (both single and multiple), and the connector is also compatible with RAW requests.

This is elastic.io’s own private connector to work with all other connectors in your integration workflows and it was developed specifically for the elastic.io platform. It is delivered with the platform by default.

Due to the fact that it is under the proprietary license, you cannot change or extend tit yourself. If you have any questions, you’re welcome to contact our pre-sales team at ps[at]elastic.io.

PLEASE NOTE: You need to be registered on the elastic.io integration platform in order to use the Jira Cloud integration connector. You can sign up for a free 14-day trial here.
